Tors has over 10 years' experience in women's health and fitness, including managing a previous ladies only gym which sadly closed due to Covid-19. Since leaving she has had an over whelming desire to set something similar up for the ladies of the Taunton community. Tors has a real passion for helping others boost their physical and mental well-being. She loves being with the women in a small friendly gym environment, working alongside members to achieve their fitness goals. Tors can relate to just how much physical exercise, interacting positively with others helps our body and minds.
Hi my name is Tracy I’ve been a qualified level 3 personal trainer for 18 months and also a qualified Boxercise instructor. I have quite an active life and have done a few adventurous things in the past including a 50k trail run, London Landmarks Half Marathon, completed tough mudder a few times, took on and completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, have done a skydive, and an abseil and would love to do a wing walk one day. I enjoy running, circuit training and strength training - pretty much anything full on that keeps me fit and active.
I'm Felicity, this year marks my 10 year anniversary as a Zumba Instructor! I trained professionally in Musical Theatre and Dance, and have worked in France, Mexico and on Cruise ships dancing, teaching, singing and choreographing!
I love dance, yoga and walking my dog. I also keep busy running around after my 2 boys.
Hi I am Sharon, and I have been doing various exercises for fun from an early age, which included weight lifting with my dad, dancing with my sister and running with my partner. I am trained in ballroom, Latin and disco and have competed at various levels in competitions. My most memorable moment was dancing the waltz with Anton Du Beke

My most memorable moment was dancing the waltz with Anton Du Beke from strictly come dancing, it was a-maz-ing! I love socialising and making people laugh and still dance whenever I can. I am currently undertaking my level 2 Gym instructors course and hope to qualify very soon.
